MONKEY PAW Terms of Use
1. Service
MONKEY PAW is an entertainment app that displays results in which artificial intelligence adds fictional curses and prices to wishes entered by users. The results do not depict actual events, institutions, or crimes, and are not advice, predictions, or legal information.
2. Age
Only those aged 17 and over may use the app. It is not an app for children or families.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Sexual content involving minors
- Asking for methods to carry out suicide, self-harm, crimes, or terrorism
- Including personally identifiable information about another person in a wish
- Interfering with the service or other users
The operator may refuse prohibited inputs or results, or hide them from the public feed.
4. Advertising
Rewarded advertisements may be displayed to provide additional wishes. Advertising identifiers are processed according to the policies of the advertising provider.
5. Liability
The granted results are fictional. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for damages arising when a user mistakes a result for fact or acts on it offline.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights to the app, brand, and results generated by the server belong to (주)베터에이아이. Users may use results only for personal enjoyment and sharing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the company’s location.
